Educated as a mechanical engineer and an architect and experienced as a manager of a successful international yacht design firm, Robb is a rare combination of creative designer, businessman and strong leader. He is an entrepreneurial thinker who believes that creating means challenging conventions, discovering and understanding new relationships, and assembling and leading extraordinary teams.
Robb previously served as managing partner of Nelson/Marek Yacht Design, Inc., an internationally recognized yacht design firm based in San Diego.
He is currently Managing Partner and CFO of KMA Architecture & Engineering, where he is responsible for the financial direction of the firm as well for as managing and leading design teams for some of the firm's largest and most important projects.

Robb has been an active competitive sailor for nearly 40 years, having competed nationally and internationally in many type of boats from one-design dinghies to ocean racing yachts. He is a member of San Diego Yacht Club and currently participates in Master's Sabot and Laser racing and also campaigns a 40 foot ocean racing yacht.
