KI Investment Holdings, LLC has a limited number of members. To pursue potentially joining our organization, review the profile of a likely participant below.
- An accredited investor who is intent upon dedicating 0.5% to 1.0% of net assets, or 5% of investment portfolio, to "alternative" investments in companies introduced through KI membership.
- Committed to at least one investment per year, in a company that completes KI's pre-screening and post-presentation due diligence; no annual minimum investment is required, but be prepared to dedicate approximately $5,000 to $50,000 per year.
- Fully committed to the philosophy that our efforts in KI will be aimed at doing what is right for the portfolio companies, even if that might mean KI does not obtain what may appear to be the best "deal". In other words, we might advise a company not to pursue private financing, even if that would be "good" for KI, if it is not in the best interests of the entity concerned. Another example is that we might advise against a strategic planning effort if the company is fully prepared already, even though we have the capabilities to provide those services.
- Interested in building an organization over the long term that will be instrumental in creating value for portfolio companies, thereby ensuring that the return on investment will be a higher probability for KI shareholders, KI members and our client companies.
- Fully committed to a process of continual improvement, and the application of the business principles that decades of research and experience show to be effective in accelerating the growth and success of any given organization.
